Everything is so lush, green and thriving. Unlike our yard that is dry, almost brown, and barely alive. I guess we still have a lot to learn.

Founded in 1929, four generations of Cockrell's have established the marine rail yard's reputation for fine craftsmanship and quality workmanship throughout the Northern Neck and beyond. Today, the Northern Neck area has changed dramatically with a large influx of new retirees and new recreational boat owners from outside the area. Cockrell's Marine has added brand new facilities with the Chesapeake Bay, Northern Neck or Potomac River boating addict in mind in addition to maintaining its reputation as a master boat building and repair facility.
